a. Appointments can be made online or by calling the spa directly.
b. No Walk-in appointments are required
c. Cancellation policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling no call no show will be charged full price.
d. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next appointment.
e. Credit on file is required to hold your appointment.
2. Client Health and Safety:
a. Clients are required to complete a health questionnaire before their first session.
b. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please inform your therapist before the session.
c. Pregnant clients should consult their healthcare provider before booking a massage.
3. Client Comfort:
a. Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences, comfort levels, and any discomfort during the session.
4. Privacy and Draping:
a. Clients will be appropriately draped during the session to ensure privacy and comfort.
b. Only the area being massaged will be uncovered.
5. Professional Conduct:
a. Inappropriate behavior or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session.
6. Payment and Gratuity:
a. Payment is due at the end of the session.
b. Credit cards and cash are accepted.
c. Gratuity is not included in the price and is at the client's discretion.
7. Groupon Redemption:
a. Groupon vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption.
b. Groupon redemptions are by appointment only (if applicable) and subject to availability.
